Dr. Mokhtar is a doctor of obstetrics and gynecology dedicated to promoting women's health. She is one of the experts on a team of women's health specialists that includes Satwant Dhillon, M.D., Christine Chuppa, M.D., Nancy Aguirre, M.D., and Joyce Dedrick, NP. Dr. Mokhtar is board certified and a Fellow with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, providing safe and effective care for her patients.

Dr. Mokhtar's goal is to help her patients understand their healthcare needs and problems, and work together with them to determine what treatments are best for them. She encourages patients to take an active role in their healthcare and treatment plans. Dr. Mokhtar provides a wide range of women's health care for patients in any stage of their life.

On Her Education

Julie Mokhtar, D.O. attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA. She completed her internship in Youngstown, Ohio and her residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Mokhtar is board certified and a Fellow with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
