Women of Wellness (W.O.W.) Series
Join Fort HealthCare’s expert teams of physical therapists, licensed athletic trainers, medical providers and dieticians for the Wellness of Women (W.O.W.) Series! W.O.W. covers a variety of topics such as; exercise during pregnancy, strength training for seniors, nutrition, staying active, weight management, work/life balance and more! The W.O.W. series includes 30 minute talk followed by a 30 minute walk. Dress to be active!
The W.O.W. Series kicks off on Saturday, June 4th and will continue on the first Wednesday of each month.
