Fort HealthCare Home Health
Home Health care provides skilled nursing care in the home that may include services such as IV therapy, wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and home health nursing assistance who provide personal care with bathing, grooming and dressing assistance. The program of care will include willing instruction to you and your family about proper care and prevention as well as available community resources. Our team consists of registered nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapists.
Home Health services are available to those clients who have a medical/surgical problem that needs skilled nursing service or rehabilitative services, are home bound and are under the care of a physician. Most Home Health services are covered, at least partially, through Medicare, Medical Assistance and traditional insurance programs. Additional financial assistance is available to clients, as needed.
