Send an E-Greeting to a patient or staff member at Fort HealthCare — you will brighten their day! Fill out the information for the patient or staff member you are sending an E-Greeting to, then scroll down to select the card you would like to send by clicking the button below each card. After you finish filling out the information and select a card, click the “Submit” button.
