CPR Training
Many businesses require or request that staff be CPR trained. If you are a local business, non-profit or other organization that would like to get your employees or members trained, please contact us. We offer both credentialing options and non-credential options for those who simply want to learn more and be able to assist. Fort HealthCare has been providing different levels of CPR, First Aid, and AED training to the public for many years and is up-to-date with the current American Heart Association standards.
Heartsaver AED
Content/Modules Include:
- Adult/Child CPR with mask
- Adult/Child Choking
- Adult/Child AED
- Infant CPR with mask (Optional)
- Infant Choking (Optional)
Audience:
Designed for employee training at companies, corporations, businesses or other entities. For employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Time:
3.5 hours
2.5 hours without infant CPR
Heartsaver First Aid
Content/Modules Include:
- Adult First Aid (general principles, medical emergencies and injury emergencies)
- Environmental Emergencies (Optional)
Audience:
Designed for employee training at companies, corporations, businesses or other entities. For employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Time:
3.5 hours
Heartsaver First Aid with CPR & AED
Content/Modules Include:
- Adult First Aid (general principles, medical emergencies and injury emergencies)
- Adult/Child CPR with mask

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid
Content/Modules Include:
- Pediatric First Aid (first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies)
- Asthma care training for child care providers
- Adult/Child CPR with mask
- Adult/Child AED
- Pediatric First Aid Topics (Optional)
- Infant CPR with mask (Optional)
Audience:
For those involved in child care who have a duty to respond to a first aid emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, such as child care workers, teachers, foster care providers, camp counselors, youth organizations, and coaches for children’s sports organizations.
Time:
6.5 – 7.5 hours
Family & Friends CPR
Content/Modules Include:
- Adult/Child CPR
- Adult/Child Choking
- Infant CPR and Choking (Optional)
Audience:
Family members, friends, and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. This course can also be a non-credentialed options for middle- and high-school students.
Time:
1.25 hours (without Infant CPR)
1.25 hours (Infant CPR only)
Family & Friends First Aid for Children
Content/Modules Include:
- Child First Aid
- Environmental Emergencies
Audience:
For those caring for infants and children, such as family members, babysitters, and other providing in-home care, who want basic first aid information but do not need a course completion credential.
Time:
45 minutes
