As our mission states, we are working every day to improve the health and well-being of our community. We know that this is difficult, so we’ve developed fun, interactive wellness challenges to give you the tools you need to make those important lifestyle changes. Every challenge offers:
• A set number of weeks to push yourself to form new, healthy habits
• Awesome prizes like gift cards, fitness equipment, or passes to health clubs
• An online system for tracking your progress or that of your team
• A wealth of education to teach you WHY you should form new habits and HOW to do so EVERYDAY
Rock the Walk
This is an individual step challenge created to encourage participants to log the recommended 10,000 steps every day or an equivalent amount of physical activity. Typically, Rock the Walk is an eight-week challenge with weekly prizes to active participants. Each week, step goals and prize values increase to keep players motivated and engaged.

Slimdown has been a community favorite over the past few years and has produced major results! Teams of four-to-six players work together to healthfully drop 10% of their weight in 12 weeks. Participants are required to attend official weigh-in and weigh-out sessions to be eligible for major prizes; the most important prize being a healthier, more active lifestyle!
