Fort HealthCare and Working for Whitewater's Wellness (W3) are Partners in Good Health

Fort HealthCare and the  Working for Whitewater's Wellness (W3) coalition have a mutual interest in community wellness offerings that occur in the Whitewater area. A formal agreement exists between the two organizations that names Fort HealthCare as a founding member.  Fort HealthCare will provide research assistance to W3 regarding health assessments and measurement of efforts to improve the life expectancy of area residents. Fort HealthCare will also provide grant writing assistance, marketing promotions, on site health screenings and ongoing financial and consultative support. 

Because W3 and Fort HealthCare share a similar mission- to improve health and well-being in area communities- W3 is available to offer assistance to other Fort HealthCare area communities interested in creating similar health and wellness related coalitions.
