Memory Center

The Fort HealthCare Memory Center provides excellence in memory care services to those patients, families and community members affected by dementia. Services include diagnosis, treatment, information, assistance and support. Diagnostic services are provided by physicians, psychologists, social workers and a dementia specialist.
