Fort HealthCare is pleased to be an ongoing partner of Rainbow Hospice Care, a private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comfort, care, and meaning at the end of life. Located in Jefferson, Rainbow Hospice Care not only provides quality of life and compassionate care for terminally ill patients, but also supports the needs of caregivers.

The goal of hospice care is not to prolong or shorten life, but to ensure patients live a life of quality. Interdisciplinary team members provide total attentiveness to the needs of the patient and family members. Rainbow Hospice Care serves patients across a six-county region.
