Rock River Free Clinic
Mission
The mission of the Rock River Free Clinic is to provide access to free health services through health professionals dedicated to caring for low income and uninsured individuals.
The Free Clinic provides high quality medical services to individuals who:
- Are uninsured;
- Have income at or below 200% of federal poverty level;
- Are NOT eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance or BadgerCare; and
- Reside in the Free Clinic’s service area.
Cost
The Rock River Free Clinic does not charge for services. Donations are appreciated. There may be a fee for medications based on ability to pay. If further care is needed, such as hospitalization or surgery, a patient’s eligibility for the Community Care Program will be assessed.

- Care for chronic and acute diseases
- Health education
- Laboratory and radiology testing
- Prescription medications
- Referrals to other medical providers
- Referrals to community resources
- Specialty care is offered through a referral
- Services are provided by licensed providers

Volunteers Needed
Clinic operations are dependent on volunteers. Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, clerical persons, interpreters and others are encouraged to contact 920-674-7234 to volunteer.

Rock River Free Clinic is a recipient of United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties funds.

Tax deductible donations are welcomed from individuals, community organizations, churches, businesses or others wishing to support the clinic.
