***From the East: Jefferson, Helenville, Sullivan

• Take Hwy 18 across the Rock River to Marshall Avenue, turn left
• Marshall Avenue to Milwaukee Street, turn right
• Crossing Jackson and Taft streets, clinic entrance will be on right

***From the West: (Lake Mills, Cambridge)

• Take Hwy 18 to Highway 89, turn right
• Turn left onto Highway W (Wisconsin Drive)
• Wisconsin Drive to Racine Street (Highway 18), turn left
• Racine Street to Marshall Avenue, turn left
• Marshall Avenue to Milwaukee Street, turn right
• Crossing Jackson and Taft streets, clinic entrance will be on right side

Entrance to clinic parking lot from Racine Street (Highway 18) will be closed.
