Primary Care clinics are conveniently located in Cambridge, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills and Whitewater. Our comprehensively trained physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants can act as coordinators of medical services for blood testing, radiological exams, pulmonary function and cardiac testing, and rehabilitative care.
