Dermatologist Joins Fort HealthCare: More Services, Better Access

Together, the two doctors offer a broad range of services including micrographic removal of skin cancers, mole photography for melanoma screening, phototherapy for psoriasis and eczema and patch testing for evaluation of skin allergies. In addition, they offer greater access for urgent and routine adult and pediatric dermatology appointments.
Dr. Glinert comes to Fort Atkinson from Madison, where he was chair of Dermatology at Dean Medical Center from 1999 to 2006. “I am so thrilled to come to Fort Atkinson,” Dr. Glinert said. “It is a special town, and I have always been so impressed with the outstanding physicians, nurses and staff at Fort Memorial Hospital.”
In 2006, Dr. Glinert was rated first in dermatology by other physicians in the biennial Madison Magazine survey of Dane County’s top physicians. At the same time, he attained “best practice” status in the 2006 patient satisfaction survey administered by the American Medical Group Practice Association.
Dr. Glinert is board certified in internal medicine, allergy/immunology and dermatology. He completed internship training at Northwestern University, residency training in internal medicine at the University of Rochester, dermatology residency training at Washington University and fellowship training in allergy/immunology at the University of Michigan. He is a volunteer clinical professor of medicine at the University of Wisconsin.
