Youth Fitness Assessment Program
This program is designed for the young athlete. Participants will fill out a general medical history questionnaire and have the opportunity to fill out a youth activity interest checklist. Estimated training heart rates and body mass index for age scores will be calculated, and client’s percentage of body fat will be taken. A step test cardiovascular assessment will be done along with movement assessments to evaluate strength and flexibility deficits. Strength and agility will be measured. After the assessment, participants will meet with a sports medicine professional and discuss what is recommended for a home program to meet the youth’s fitness goals. $30 for a one-hour assessment; $15 for half-hour follow-up appointment. Recommended for ages 7 to 18. CallOptimal Athlete
