Entries for individual advertising or other marketing initiatives require healthcare organizations to document project goals and objectives, relevance of the campaign to the organization’s mission, targeted demographic group, budget, methods for distributing the advertising messages across various mediums as well as qualitative and quantitative results of the campaign.

Judges were healthcare advertising and marketing professionals from the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio. Of the 78 entries submitted for judging, 20 received Awards of Merit and 13 received Awards of Excellence. Recipients of Awards of Merit must achieve a score of 90 – 94 percent and those receiving Awards of Excellence must achieve a score of 95 -100 percent. Five of the entries receiving Awards of Excellence are chosen as winners of the Judges’ Choice Award.

The Fort HealthCare Marketing department includes director of planning and market development James Shulkin and marketing specialists Stacy Sherman and Bridget Thomas.
