Aqua Zumba® keeps the Zumba® fitness workout party going..in the pool! This 45-minute class is a challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness.
A softer, but still effective approach to boot camp that will teach proper strength positioning and techniques. A great class for those who would love to build overall strength without the high impact.
A 6-week class that will get your heart pumping and muscles toned while using hand weights, a stability ball, and floor mat. The class is designed to help you achieve health benefits such as maintaining bone density, increasing strength, and shaping your physique. Equipment is provided. This class is challenging and not recommended for students with balance difficulties.
Without one class being the same, this boot camp will alternate from circuit training to station training to group training! You will learn proper form and increase your strength while incorporating cardio to raise your heart rate and feel the burn. Instructed at all levels of fitness and ages.

Healthy-Steps, Moving You to Better Health with the Lebed Method, is a therapeutic exercise and movement program with wonderful music designed to help you thrive! Offering wellness programs for cancer survivors, regardless of health, age or ability level. The Healthy-Steps program improves overall wellness, range-of-motion, balance, strength and endurance, as well as emotional well-being and self-image.
Through funding from Tomorrow's Hope, Fort HealthCare is able to reduce the rate for this class to $20/person
A 30-minute muscle conditioning class focusing specifically on the lower body using dumbbells, exercise balls, body bars and more!
This class features exercise to maintain joint flexibility. Exercise is especially important to the health of people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and anyone wanting gentle exercise. The one-hour exercise session includes time for refreshments and socializing. A fee of $2 is collected at each session; first session is FREE. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 2:30 pm.
**The last Thursday of every month will be in Cardiac Rehab**

This class consists of choreographed step patterns. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout is determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements. We recommend this class for anyone who has some group fitness class experience and new students who are looking for a challenge are always welcome!
