These services are currently being offered by phone or video conferencing (telehealth) due to COVID-19. Open access is offered for adults Monday through Friday, from 7:30am-9:30am. Open access for those under the age of 18 is offered select days of the week. You can call 920-674-3105 and ask to speak with the front desk or a mental health intake worker to get the dates and times open access is being offered for children and adolescents.
Below you will find the information and link to the Zoom meeting to join the “virtual waiting room” for open access. If you do not have the ability to use video conferencing through Zoom, you can use your phone to call into the virtual waiting room (see highlighted phone number below). Please note, that if you are using zoom on a smartphone or tablet, you may need to download the free Zoom app first. Once you are in the virtual waiting room, please wait for a staff member to assist you in signing consents and providing financial information. It would be helpful if you have your insurance card and any proof of income that may need to be verified. After all of the needed consents are signed and the financial intake process is complete, you may meet with a therapist through our outpatient clinic to complete an initial assessment for ongoing services, pending therapist availability. In the event that a therapist is not available, you may be offered a “fast pass” to be seen by a therapist on a future open access date.
If you have any questions about this process, please call 920-674-3105 for assistance.
