Fort HealthCare’s Behavioral Health Clinic seeks an Outpatient Psychotherapist who provides evidenced based clinical care to a patient population of primarily children and adolescents. The Outpatient Psychotherapist also services adults. Therapeutic interventions provided will include: psychosocial assessment and treatment planning, individual, family and couples counseling as well as group based counseling. The outpatient psychotherapist partners with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers and community supports to assist patients in the achievement of their treatment goals with a focus on overall health and wellness. Requirements are Master’s degree in social work, clinical or counseling psychology, Counselor Education, or marriage and family therapy. Active WI license as Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Training licenses will not be considered.
This position holds their own office space in our pediatric clinic among our pediatric providers (main referral source).

Requirements are Master’s Degree in Social Work. Preferred candidate possesses a substance use disorder specialty or has the training and experience to provide such services.
