When you feel overwhelmed, there are many things you can do to help yourself and those you care for. One of the biggest ways to cope with stress is practicing good self-care. Try this mini challenge in December to help remember to take good care of yourself.

Food pantries need donations all year long, but they look for extra support around the holidays. If you are considering donating to your local pantry or hosting a food drive, has many resources to help guide you with donations and food drives that will ensure our food pantries can meet the nutritional needs of different people.
