Check out the Fort Atkinson Farmers Market starting on May 7th between 8:00am-12:00pm and visit the many vendors selling transplants and other spring items including spring produce, canned goods, craft products and baked goods.
Parkinson’s Voice Project – Speak Out
Join Fort HealthCare's Speech-Language Pathologist Kelly Foster during Better Hearing and Speech Month and April is Parkinson's Awareness Month to talk about how Kelly and Fort HealthCare are committed to offering Parkinson Voice Project's SPEAK OUT!®️ and LOUD Crowd®️ program to their Parkinson community.

Digital Fitness Class Series
Try one class or all digital fitness classes through Fort HealthCare. Options include different strength and cardio classes, yoga, and stretch classes. Cost: $20 per month for ALL classes (or $7.50-10.00 per class).

Join Fort HealthCare and participants from across the USA in this multi-month series that encourages you to run or walk at least a 5k (3.1 miles) and to submit your time via email in this fun and free event.

Fort HealthCare is excited to announce a new On-Demand fitness program. Choose from cardio, strength, or mind/body routines. You may also subscribe to all three categories! Videos can be accessed anytime from a computer or mobile device with an internet connection.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Ride for Rock River Community Clinic
The Jon Fisch Memorial Tour da Goose bike ride has been a fund raising event for the Rock River Community Clinic since 2012. The ride will take you through the picturesque countryside of Jefferson County. More information on ride routes, including maps and rest stops, can be found on their website. A celebration for finishers with music, food and beverages will take place starting at 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Park in Watertown, WI.
A Day With Teepa Snow
Join one of the world's leading dementia educators, Teepa Snow, for a day-long event that is free and open to the public and CEUs are available. A Day with Teepa Snow will take place at the Young Auditorium on the UW-Whitewater campus on Wednesday June 15th, 2022. Sign up today!
