Join Fort HealthCare and Festival Foods for the 4th Annual Zumba® Turkey Burn on Thanksgiving morning at the Fort High School. This fun-filled, FREE cardio dance workout that will leave you feeling sweaty, energized and ready for a big feast. No experience necessary, and all levels of fitness are encouraged for this fun-filled 90 minutes of partying disguised as exercise. Come and go as you please, or stay for all the fun!
In lieu of payment, non-perishable food donations are encouraged for the Fort Atkinson Food Pantry, and baskets will be available for collecting.
Get N Fit is targeted for adults who are ready to start an exercise program. You will work with a certified athletic trainer who will customize a fitness program to meet your needs. The initial session will include a pre-fitness testing assessment that includes body composition, balance, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
The weekly workouts will vary, but will include both cardiovascular exercise and light strengthening. All fitness levels are welcome to attend!

Develop the fundamentals of connecting breath to yoga postures, learn techniques to release tension and improve strength and flexibility. Prior experience not required. This class is not suitable for individuals who have had a total hip replacement.
Yoga classes are offered three times, on different days and times, for your convenience. Please choose the class you plan to attend most frequently.
Fort HealthCare offers a 10-hour punch pass that is available to use on ALL fitness classes. The punch pass will have twenty-30 minute circles that can be used at your convenience. By registering online, your name will go on a roster, and a punch pass will be issued to you following the approval of your credit card. Pick up can be arranged at the hospital, or through your class instructor. Family and friends may use the same card.
- NO discounts will be available for the punch pass.
- The punch pass will expire after 6 months
- There are NO replacements. If you lose the punch pass, you will not be issued a new one.
- Certain classes will not be permitted to use punch pass. This list will be updated each session.

Ditch the workout – Join the Party! This fitness oriented six week party fuses cardio workouts with a latin flavor in easy to follow dance routines with intervals of body toning. A fun and challenging way to tighten and tone everything in your core (abs and lower back) and ‘posterior’ region.
Healthy-Steps, Moving You to Better Health with the Lebed Method, is a therapeutic exercise and movement program with wonderful music designed to help you thrive! Offering wellness programs for cancer survivors, regardless of health, age or ability level. The Healthy-Steps program improves overall wellness, range-of-motion, balance, strength and endurance, as well as emotional well-being and self-image.
1-hour sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00.
Through funding from Tomorrow’s Hope, Fort HealthCare is able to reduce the rate for this class to $20/person
This class features exercise to maintain joint flexibility. Exercise is especially important to health for the people with arthritis. Those with fibromyalgia or anyone wanting gentle exercise will also benefit. The one-hour exercise session includes time for refreshments and socializing. A fee of $2 is collected at each session; first session is FREE. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:30 pm in Classroom D at the Fort Memorial Hospital.

Low impact, high energy! Be prepared to sweat and burn lots of calories with 30 minutes of aerobics followed by 30 minutes of strength training and basic calisthenics. Moves are EASY to follow and EASY on the joints. Options are given to accommodate various levels of fitness.
