Join Fort HealthCare fitness instructors from anywhere with this live digital class series offered during this time of unknown and social-distancing. These classes will be offered through the Zoom application platform, and in order to increase security with this platform, each participant will receive (per class, below) and will be admitted individually by the instructor.

Yoga Stretch: Enjoy the mind and body connection while incorporating flexibility during this gentle class for all ages and fitness levels.
Core & More: A fun and challenging way to tighten and tone everything in your core, while adding in a variety of other strength & cardio exercises.
Tabata Tuesday: This interval-based workout will incorporate strengthening and cardiovascular exercises in different configurations weekly.
Surprise Fitness Class: Will each weekly class include cardio? Upper body? Stretching? Keep your body guessing each week with a fun way to workout!
Body Blast: This total-body workout is for all fitness levels, and will incorporate both cardiovascular and strength training, with a different workout each week.
Midday Move & Stretch: This easy-going low-impact movement and stretch class will get the blood flowing, muscles moving and rejuvenate you to tackle your afternoon.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A moderately paced class that promotes deep and even breathing through connection of breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.
Participants will have the option to register individually per class OR, have the option to register for all class options, at a discounted rate. All discount codes will be accepted for this series.
