Fort HealthCare's Health Care Careers is a free program for high school students who may be interested in a career in health care. Students can choose from a variety of topics and register for as many as they wish. Upon registering for each of the class session(s) of choice, students will receive an email within a week of registering with a link to download the information sheet about their career choice. Information includes a description of the health care career, what a typical day may include, how to learn more about the career, as well as suggestions for how to prepare for college in their chosen field. This is a great opportunity for students to explore the many different fields in health care. Direct any questions to Lisa Rudolph, MSN, RN, CCRN-K, Fort HealthCare Education Services Manager.
