A four–week class where you’ll learn golf-specific stretching and strengthening exercises to get your body in shape for the upcoming season. Class will cover all aspects of the game of golf, including; address, set-up, ball position, grip, club selection and short game. We may spend one session at the chipping/putting green at Lake Mills golf club.
