Meditation and Breathing Techniques

This 60 minute class will focus on meditation and breathing techniques to calm the mind and unwind tension in the body. It will include instruction and guidance, but there will be plenty of time to practice the technique and allow for open quiet time.

Chairs and mats will be available, and participants can bring items from home if they wish (pillows, cushions, etc…).
