Meditation and Breathing Techniques (Noon Class)
This 30 minute class will focus on meditation and breathing techniques to calm the mind and unwind tension in the body. It will include instruction, guidance, and time to practice the technique.
Chairs and mats will be available, and participants can bring items from home if they wish (pillows, cushions, etc…).
