Add A Class
Develop the fundamentals of connecting breath to yoga postures, learn techniques to release tension and improve strength and flexibility. Prior experience not required. This class is not suitable for individuals who have had a total hip replacement.
Yoga classes are offered three times, on different days and times, for your convenience. Please choose the class you plan to attend most frequently.
January 22nd class is cancelled due to inclement weather. Make up date will be March 5th.

A confidential class survey will be sent to each class member with an email after course completion.
