Join Fort HealthCare fitness instructors from anywhere with this live digital class series offered during this time of unknown and social-distancing. These classes will be offered through the Zoom application platform, and in order to increase security with this platform, each participant will receive (per class, below) and will be admitted individually by the instructor.

Glutes & Abs: A fun and challenging way to tighten and tone everything in your core (abs and lower back) and ‘posterior’ region.
Get ‘N Fit Fitness Class: Varied weekly workouts with a certified athletic trainer that will include cardiovascular exercise and light strengthening. All fitness levels welcome!
Tabata Time: This fast-moving and fun class will get the heart rate up and will target your total body. Modifications offered and for all fitness levels.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A moderately paced class that promotes deep and even breathing through connection of breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.
Body Blast: This total-body workout is for all fitness levels, and will incorporate both cardiovascular and strength training, with a different workout each week.
Strength & Flexibility: This class uses body weight and/or your own weight source to strengthen your full body and increase your flexibility and range of motion.
Midday Move & Stretch: This easy-going low-impact movement and stretch class will get the blood flowing, muscles moving and rejuvenate you to tackle your afternoon.
Participants will have the option to register individually per class OR, have the option to register for all class options, at a discounted rate. All discount codes will be accepted for this series.
