No Nonsense, Low-Impact Workout
Low impact, high energy! Be prepared to sweat and burn lots of calories with 30 minutes of aerobics followed by 30 minutes of strength training and basic calisthenics. Moves are EASY to follow and EASY on the joints. Options are given to accommodate various levels of fitness.
No Class on January 22nd due to inclement weather. Make up date will be March 5th.
