Join Fort HealthCare fitness instructors from anywhere with this live digital class series offered during this time of unknown and social-distancing. These classes will be offered through the Zoom application platform, and in order to increase security with this platform, each participant will receive (per class, below) and will be admitted individually by the instructor.

Glutes & Abs: This class focuses on toning the front (abdominals) and the back (glutes) in a fast and fun class for all ages and fitness levels.
Upper Body & Cardio: This class will work the arms, chest, back and shoulders, while incorporating cardiovascular bursts of exercise.
Body Blast: This total-body workout is for all fitness levels, and will incorporate both cardiovascular and strength training, with a different workout each week.
Lower Body & Cardio: Expect to focus on strengthening the legs (quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes) along with heart-healthy cardiovascular exercises to keep you moving.
Midday Move & Stretch: This easy-going low-impact movement and stretch class will get the blood flowing, muscles moving and rejuvenate you to tackle your afternoon.
Yoga Stretch: Enjoy the mind and body connection while incorporating flexibility during this gentle class for all ages and fitness levels.
Participants will have the option to register individually per class OR, have the option to register for all class options, at a discounted rate. All discount codes will be accepted for this series.
