A healthy “Mediterranean Diet” cooking class demonstration will be featured by Fort HealthCare’s executive chef Colleen Miller. Each class will begin with a 20 minute cooking demonstration and will be followed by a question and answer session. A full meal will be provided and to-go containers will be available.
These classes will be $10 each, and a portion will go towards the Partners Fund. Payment options the day-of include cash, check, credit/debit card or payroll deduction.
