Are your joints feeling stiff these days? Stamina seems to have gone out the window and muscles seem to have disappeared as well? Then maybe you need our Rusty Hinges Senior Exercise Class. This class is for the older adult interested in increasing their strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. You will use of free weights, bands, exercise balls, weight machines and cardio equipment. Interested individuals should contact their physicians for medical clearance before attending and will be asked to complete a health history form. Instructors will conduct fitness assessments on the first and last days of class. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and proper footwear for exercising. Min. 5/Max. 15.
