MARCH FREE STRETCH CLASS SCHEDULE
Midday Stretch: This easy-going low-impact movement and stretch class will get the blood flowing, muscles moving and rejuvenate you to tackle your afternoon.
WERQ: This fun and fresh cardio dance workout will keep you smiling as you move to pop, hip hop and rock music. This class is for all ages and fitness levels.
Cardio & Core: Get the heart and lungs moving while also targeting your core muscles in this fast and ever-changing class.
Tabata Tuesday: Enjoy internals in a :20 / :10 pattern that incorporates cardio and strength.
Strength & Stretch: This total-body class will incorporate low-impact strength training & stretching exercises in the early am class.
Body Blast: This total-body workout is for all fitness levels, and will incorporate both cardiovascular and strength training, with a different workout each week.
