Early Season Golf Tactics
A four–week class where you’ll learn golf-specific stretching and strengthening exercises to get your body in shape for the upcoming season. Class will cover all aspects of the game of golf, including; address, set-up, ball position, grip, club selection and short game.

With the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus is causing around the world and in Jefferson County, we want to make sure we are taking the utmost precautions with the health and well-being of our participants of our fitness/other classes. At this time, we will be suspending classes at Fort HealthCare facilities through the foreseeable future.
