The mission of the Rock River Free Clinic is to provide access to free health services through health professionals dedicated to caring for low income and uninsured individuals.

The Rock River Free Clinic does not charge for services. Donations are appreciated. There may be a fee for medications based on ability to pay. If further care is needed, such as hospitalization or surgery, a patient’s eligibility for the Community Care Program will be assessed.
Rock River Free Clinic patients should reside in the following zip codes. (Patients residing outside of these zip codes may be seen one time at Rock River Free Clinic and then they will be referred to a free clinic closer to where they live.)

Patients from the Watertown area (53094 & 53098) residing within the Watertown city limits should seek care at the Watertown Area Cares Clinic. Please call 920-206-7797 for an appointment.
Clinic operations are dependent on volunteers. Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, clerical persons, interpreters and others are encouraged to contact 920-674-7234 to volunteer.
Rock River Free Clinic is a partnership between the Rock River Free Clinic Board, Fort HealthCare and Jefferson County Health Department.
Rock River Free Clinic is a recipient of United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties funds.
