This service allows you to self-refer for therapy without needing a physical referral for evaluation and treatment of common musculoskeletal conditions.

Self-Referral = Patient Choice

You can choose to come and see us directly for the therapy you need. Direct Access scheduling is available for common conditions, including back pain, joint discomfort, and muscle strains. This means you can start your recovery sooner—without the delay of waiting for a doctor’s order.

Insurance Coverage

Many insurance plans recognize the value of Direct Access for therapy, including Dean Care, Fort Care, Unity, and Physicians Plus. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid do not yet cover Direct Access. However, coverage options are always evolving, so we encourage you to check with your insurance provider to verify what is covered.
