Fort Memorial Hospital is proud to announce that it has been named as a 2025 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health! This annual Top 100 award program honors outstanding performance among the nation’s rural hospitals based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®. Join us on March 5th for our Blood Drive at the Fort HealthCare Therapy & Sport Center in Fort Atkinson!

The blood drive will be located in the Versiti mobile bus in the Therapy & Sport parking lot on March 5th, 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM.

Reserve your spot today! Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.

March 12th - Rock Lake Activity Center from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

March 13th - Fort Atkinson Senior Center from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

March 14th - Watertown Senior Center from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Walk-In Wednesdays
Walk-In Wednesdays occur on the first Wednesday of every month!

Come anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM on February 5th to get your screening mammogram.

No appointment necessary!

Fort HealthCare Receives the 2024 Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Contribution Award
Fort HealthCare is honored to receive the 2024 Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Contribution Award for our commitment to innovation, patient care, and local economic development. With $12.4 million invested in capital improvements and a $38 million innovation project underway, we are also supporting the community through a $3 million commitment to ThriveED's Live Local Development Fund for housing in Jefferson County.
Congratulations to Latisha Smith-Chase, MD
Dr. Smith-Chase recently traveled to Reykjavik, Iceland to participate in the prestigious Northern Lights Wound Workshop—where she was honored with an award for her outstanding case submission. As part of this experience, Dr. Smith-Chase had the opportunity to present her case study on positive patient outcomes, collaborate with top professionals in wound care, and engage in discussions on the latest advancements in fish skin substitute technology.
