Frosty Rock Virtual Challenge 2020
Welcome to the eighth annual Frosty Rock 5K/12K Run/Walk Challenge! This FREE event is open to everyone of all fitness levels. You don’t need to be a regular runner to do this – you can jog or walk the distances, too. Families and friends as well as individuals are encouraged to participate in the fun – while maintaining proper social distancing, of course.
