Health365 is a Fort HealthCare program intended to help people remember that their health is something that needs attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of every year. Annual physicals or thinking about staying healthy once you’re already sick is not enough.
The Health365 program is made up of health and wellness offerings to the community that are free or have a nominal cost. These include screenings, classes, and special events. There are also numerous online tools such as a health encyclopedia, wellness calculators, health assessment questionnaires, and more to assist you in being more proactive and taking charge of your health. Preventive healthcare, early detection, and positive lifestyle changes are shown to enhance individual well-being and lower health insurance costs.
Confidentiality is important to Fort HealthCare. Your personal information and answers on a lifestyle or condition assessment are confidential. These tools are used to assist you in finding out health risks. Unidentifiable, aggregate data is used to develop and provide programming needed in the communities Fort HealthCare serves.
Health365 is not a substitute for traditional medical care. We encourage you to discuss your results with your healthcare provider. If you do not have a primary healthcare provider, search for one in your community.
