Sherri Elsner of Fort HealthCare Therapy & Sport (Fort Atkinson) would like to recognize her co-worker, Tracy Wilde, for his Excellence, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Sensitivity, and Teamwork, “Tracy was called by a physical therapist at the hospital on his day off regarding one of his patients that was in the Emergency Department. He advised them over the phone but kept thinking about this patient and eventually went to the hospital to see them. I’d like to note that on Tracy’s day off he is home with his four small children so this wasn’t an easy task just to pop over to the hospital.”
Shar Gleisner from the Fort HealthCare Lake Mills clinic would like to recognize her co-worker, Rex Conelly, for his Professionalism, Responsiveness, Sensitivity, and Teamwork, “We had a 90-year-old patient that went down after having labs drawn. Rex was wonderful when he stepped in to help us with this patient. He was compassionate, respectful and professional. Rex checked with the patient to see if a ride was needed to get home. The patient didn’t live far from the clinic. Rex walked the patient to their car and made sure all was good. Thank you, Rex, for all your help and caring.”
