The year may be winding down, but ways to focus on health are not! Here are a number of upcoming events and activities you can participate in to keep you focused on health this month:
- The 4th Annual Frosty Rock Challenge 5K/12K and 1-mile Kids Run event is taking place this Saturday, November 12th beginning at 9 a.m.! The weather is expected to be beautiful for being outdoors. Bring your family and participate in this great health event that also benefits the Jefferson County Cancer Coalition. - The Health for the Holidays challenge is here! Focus on weight loss/maintenance from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day – worth 100 points for Wellness Program participants! Keep checking the Intranet News and look for upcoming details from us to learn how to participate and keep up to date on all wellness opportunities.
- Just a reminder – Wellness Program biometrics/labs/PHA for the year begin on Wednesday, February 1st with a deadline to complete requirements by Monday, February 20th. Mark your calendar!
- Railyard Winter Open Gym Sundays are here! Join us each Sunday between 2-4 p.m. at any of these locations to participate:
