Dental and Vision Coverage
For dental and vision coverage, you must stay enrolled on the plan for two years.
Medical Coverage
Changes in medical coverage can only be done when a life changing event occurs (i.e., marriage, divorce, reduction of hours under a .5 FTE) or during open enrollment. Any changes need to be completed within 30 days of the effective date.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Make sure to save your receipts if you are using your “benny” card. You may be asked to verify the information with UMR; watch for letters to your home asking for the information. If you fail to respond after three attempts, they will freeze your account.
