Kathi Gebhardt from Inpatient Services would like to recognize Jackie Rogers from Fort HealthCare Urology for her Excellence, Sensitivity, and Teamwork:
“Jackie was the hero for a patient in inpatient services who was being discharged and wanted some extension tubing for his catheter to his leg bag. The patient and his wife explained to several inpatient staff as well as ER staff and we could not understand what this extension tubing was. I called the urology clinic and Jackie knew right away what I was talking about and offered to walk it over for the patient. Such excellent customer service. The patient, his wife and I were extremely grateful. Thank you, Jackie!”
