In an effort to encourage Jefferson County to make healthy lifestyle changes, Fort HealthCare is providing you the resources to encourage the community to eat locally sourced, fresh foods from the ground, and leave behind the over processed, packaged foods.

Cambridge School Garden

Established school garden in 2010 at Severson Learning Center Farm; maintained by volunteers
Farm is located outside of town. Students visit 2-3 times a year (K-5th grade)
Food goes to Chef in Classroom Experience or Food Pantry.
