Donation Information
Individuals, organizations, clubs and businesses make donations to the Fort Memorial Hospital Partners Love Lights Tree project in the spirit of giving.
An online donation of $5 or more will add two lights to the tree ($2 per light), either as a gift for someone you care for, or as a memorial. A donation of $25 or more will designate you as a Love Lights Tree sponsor.
Note: there is a minimum $5 for online donations. $5 donations receive two lights (two names).
You will be asked to specify whether your donation is a gift (colored light) or a memorial (white light) and to indicate the name and city of the individuals for whom you are purchasing a Love Light when you provide your payment information.
