To conclude the chapter “mind. body. soul.” I’d like to acknowledge the last segment by focusing on SOUL.
The Soul is what motivates and moves our bodies and minds, if we don’t have soul in our lives, we can’t be the people we think and feel we ought to be. With that being said, I strongly believe that soul is the biggest determinate of what a person’s life on this planet ultimately is like…

No matter what makes you wake up and get ready in the morning, that “something” is yours to embrace and remember… That “something” is your core, the person you are, and with it amazing things can happen in your lifetime.

In my opinion, in order to be as healthy as possible, you have to determine what makes you tick as a person…

What I mean by that is, what makes you smile, or joyful inside that? What makes you competitive, or driven? What makes you motivated, and eager to learn?

One more point that I would like to make is the notion of faith, and the importance of having it in whatever capacity or realm deems fit for your beliefs and lifestyle. Throughout my personal life I’ve gone through ups and downs like everyone on this planet, but the only factor that has gotten me through hard times and made me the healthy person I am and continue to strive to be is my faith… Without believing and cherishing it, I would not be where I am today.

With all of this being said, I challenge those of you reading this post to find what makes you tick, believe in yourself and your accomplishments, and have faith.

All of these establish a grounded soul that is full of spirit, trust, and loyalty to your healthy lifestyle.
