To help you keep up the momentum of staying active from summer into fall, or to begin a new wellness routine, Fort HealthCare has posted several new sessions of wellness classes online. Registration is required. Costs, schedules, and class descriptions can be found at FortHealthCare.com/Classes or call (920) 568-5475 for more information or to register.

MOVIN’ & LOSIN’ FOR FAMILIES
Through a partnership with Tomorrow’s Hope, Fort HealthCare is able to bring Movin’ & Losin’ for Families to families with children ages 5-16 who are interested in eating healthier and starting a fitness routine. The class is 8-10 weeks long with new topics being taught each week related to diet and goal setting, followed by exercise. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes to exercise in to class.
Movin’ & Losin’ for Families is taught by Heidi Jennrich, APNP pediatric nurse practitioner with Fort HealthCare Pediatrics, Alyssa Villarreal, MS, OTR occupational therapist with Fort HealthCare Therapy & Sport, and other providers. The 10-week class costs $50 per family (financial assistance is available to those who qualify).
