Fort HealthCare is constantly working to achieve its mission to provide excellent, compassionate care for the people of the communities it serves. As part of an ongoing commitment to provide that care, it is important to work with the insurance carriers that patients use. For that reason, Fort HealthCare accepts most major medical insurance plans.

If you are currently getting medical care at other facilities because of a presumed lack of coverage at Fort HealthCare, you may be surprised to find that many plans are accepted and Fort HealthCare is frequently listed as an “In-Network” provider. While a complete list of accepted plans is available online, here is a brief list of major plans accepted at Fort HealthCare:

 – Physicians Plus
 – Unity
 – Dean Health Plan
 – Aetna
 – Blue Cross PPO
 – Cigna
 – United Health Care (UHC)
 – Care Wisconsin
 – WPS
 – Humana
 – Fort Care PPO
 – For a complete listing of accepted plans, visit www.FortHealthCare.com/Insurance.

As coverage varies from provider to provider, please check with your insurance provider regarding the specifics of your coverage.
