Fort HealthCare Business Services opens second location

The Fort HealthCare Business Services office, located at 210 Milwaukee Avenue, West has relocated cashier services to a second convenient location. The new location, in the Fort Memorial Hospital Main Lobby at Armenia Street, offers personal assistance to patients making payments. Cashier office staff can also answer insurance related billing questions. An after hours drop box is located next to the Cashier’s office to further enhance customer convenience. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Patient Financial Advocate’s office is also located at the hospital lobby. The Advocate can help patients apply for the Fort HealthCare Community Care program and discuss state and federal financial aid programs. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Business Services staff at the Milwaukee Avenue location will continue to accept payments and also help with billing questions. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Billing specialists are also available via telephone. Hours are Monday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call (866) 927-5493.
