Fort HealthCare Celebrates 41 Years of Love Lights with Newly Remodeled Spaces
Tuesday, November 18, 2025
FORT ATKINSON, WI – This December, Fort HealthCare invites the community to celebrate 41 years of Love Lights, a cherished holiday tradition that honors loved ones, past and present, while supporting programs that brighten lives all year long.
This year’s celebration will also serve as a community open house, giving attendees a first look at Fort HealthCare’s newly remodeled and expanded spaces. Some of the renovated areas include the ground floor reception area, the Healer’s Cafe, ENT/Audiology, Pediatrics (first floor), Primary/Specialty Care (second floor), and Dermatology (third floor).
Families are invited to enjoy tours, refreshments, youth choir performances, a visit from Santa, and the ceremonial Love Lights tree lighting on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025.
Michael Anderson, MD, President & CEO of Fort HealthCare, will serve as this year’s Honorary Tree Lighter, helping kick off the evening’s holiday celebration.
A Tradition of Love, Light, and Community
Since 1985, the Love Lights campaign has offered a heartfelt way to remember and honor loved ones. For a $2 donation per light, community members can add a colored light in honor of someone special and a white light to memorialize someone who has passed. Donations of $25 or more will be recognized as Love Light Tree Sponsors.
Donations can be made online at FortHealthCare.com/LoveLights, or by mail to:
Fort Memorial Hospital – Love Lights
611 Sherman Ave. East
Fort Atkinson, WI 53538-1998
Online donations require a $5 minimum and automatically include two lights. Donors may also request pledge cards to notify families of their tribute. To be included in this year’s donor listing, please submit donations by December 12, 2025
A Celebration That Gives Back
Every year Love Lights raises money in ways that will enhance the well-being of our community. This year’s Love Lights campaign will support two vital initiatives:
CareLine: a personal emergency response service that provides subscribers with 24/7 access to emergency help at the push of a button, helping individuals remain independent and safe in their homes.
Unified Healthcare Scholarship Program: providing educational support for students and professionals pursuing careers in healthcare.
