Fort HealthCare Elevates Patient-Centric Care with the Launch of Patient and Family Advisory Council

FORT ATKINSON – Fort HealthCare is proud to announce the establishment of its Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), an initiative that marks a significant stride towards fostering patient-centered healthcare services. The PFAC, comprised of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds, will play a pivotal role in collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance the overall patient experience.

In tandem with the launch, Fort HealthCare is actively recruiting high-energy individuals to join the ranks of Patient Advisors.
